Burna Boy Shades Davido Over Custody Battle

 Following the publicized custody battle between music star David Adeleke better known as Davido and his baby mama Sophia Momodu, over their daughter, Imade Adeleke, colleague Burna Boy, has used Davido as a point on why he's not ready or willing to start his own family. The child-free and unmarried singer, in his response to a follower on the social media platform X, cited Davido's constant legal battle as a bigger reason reason to steer clear of fatherhood. The singer however conceded that another musician, Adekunle Gold's personal relationship with his wife, Simi, was worthy of emulation.

Burna Boy was in a much publicized and controversial relationship with British rapper, Stephanie Victoria Allen, better known as Stefflon Don, from 2018 to 2022. Speaking publicly after their relationship came to an end at the time, Stefflon Don said she regretted that the relationship came to an end and that Burna Boy was a real man who fulfilled all of her needs. She cited Burna Boy as a huge reason for her respect and regards towards Nigerian men.
