Video: Christ Embassy Church on Fire

 The headquarters of The Believers' Loveworld Church AKA Christ Embassy, located in Oregun Ikeja is on fire. The inferno which started on the morning of Sunday 23rd June, occurred before the commencement of the day's church service. Firefighters from the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service have been dispatched to the scene and are working to put out the raging fire.Videos of the extent of the inferno are currently making the rounds on social media alongside reports that no one was injured on trapped in the fire. There's yet no official statement or confirmation on the inferno from church authorities.

Christ Embassy (also known as LoveWorld Incorporated or Believers' Loveworld) is a megachurch and Christian denomination founded in 1987 by Chris Oyakhilome who hails from Edo State, Nigeria.The Church, with its headquarters in Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria, has since become a global network of churches, with congregations in many countries.
