Video: Burna Boy Declared Biggest Touring African Artiste

 Nigerian singer and Grammy award winner Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu better known as Burna Boy, has been declared the biggest touring  artiste in Africa after headlining and selling out the 80,000 capacity London stadium twice. Burna Boy's electrifying at his latest concert which held on 29 June, solidified him as the biggest touring artiste in Africa. His first sellout show happened in 2023 at the same location and he has been awarded a Brits Plaque for surpassing 1 billion streams in the UK.

Burna Boy rose to stardom in 2012 after releasing "Like to Party", the lead single from his debut studio album L.I.F.E (2013). In 2017, Burna Boy signed with Bad Habit/Atlantic Records in the United States and Warner Music Group internationally. His third studio album Outside (2018) marked his major-label debut. Burna Boy's music is mainly pop and Afrobeats. He describes his music as Afro-fusion, which blends the genres R&B, hip hop, dancehall, and reggae.
