Video: Genevieve Nnaji Shares Clip From 45th Birthday Celebration

 Nollywood actor and screen goddess, Genevieve Nnaji, has shared a video showing her private celebration of her 45th  birthday which took place on 3rd May, 2024. The video shared on her official social media platforms, marks first post on social media after a year long hiatus and included slides of Genevieve’s stunning birthday outfit, cake cutting, and touching toasts, offering fans and followers a glimpse of the private gathering.

Notorious for her extreme inclinations towards privacy, Genevieve Nnaji, nicknamed Queen Genny, is considered the "ice queen" of Nollywood, She has gained a reputation for her aloofness as well as her seemingly unsociable behaviour. Nicknamed "Queen Genny", Genevieve won the Africa Movie Academy Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role in 2005, making her the first actor to win the award. In 2011, she was honoured as a Member of the Order of the Federal Republic by the Nigerian government for her contributions to Nollywood. Her directorial debut movie, Lionheart, is the first Netflix film from Nigeria and the first Nigerian submission for the Oscars.
