"He Stabbed Me In The Back" Yul Edochie Speaks of Junior Pope's Death

 Following the funeral proceedings and burial ceremony of deceased Nollywood actor Junior Pope Odonwodo, who unexpectedly died in a boating incident which occurred in Asaba Delta on 10 April 2024, colleague and film producer, Yul Edochie, has taken to his official social media handle to explain without being asked, why he did not attend Junior Pope's funeral.

In his post, Yul Edochie claimed that despite having taken the late Junior Pope Odonwodo as a brother and good friend, the latter had stabbed him in the back repeatedly. Promising to drop the full details of his enmity with Junior Pope in order for others to "learn from it", Yul Edochie admonished his fans and followers to be careful what they wish people as it could come for them. It will be recalled that before Yul Edochie publicly revealed the news of his marriage to his "second" wife, Nollywood actress and producer, Judy Austin Moghalu, he had had a close friendship with the deceased Junior Pope. The two actors had fallen out after Junior Pope publicly expressed solidarity with Yul's now estranged first wife, May Yul Edochie.
