Funeral Mass Holds in Honour of Veteran Actor Zulu Adigwe

 The funeral mass of deceased veteran actor, Joseph Zulu Adigwe, has taken place in Abuja, the nation's capital. The Nollywood actor who passed away on 23rd April 2024 (barely two weeks after the death of Junior Pope Odonwodo), was buried on Wednesday, 29th May while President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, Emeka Rollas, shared photos of the requiem mass on his Instagram page on Thursday with the caption: "Yesterday, we condoled with the family of Late Zulu Adigwe. May his soul rest in peace.” The late veteran's funeral mass was attended by other veteran Nollywood stars like Zack Orji, Hanks Anuku, Benedict Johnson, Rita Edochie, amongst others.

While the requiem mass held at The St. Paul's Catholic Church, Gwagwalada, Abuja, the deceased actor will be laid to rest in his hometown situated in Ihiala, Anambra state on Wednesday, 5th June 2024. Best known for his paternal roles in Nollywood films, Zulu Adigwe first gained public  as "Mr. B" in the sitcom Basi and Company. Before his death, he most recently featured in the 2019 blockbuster Living in Bondage: Breaking Free.
