Cuppy Receives Appointment from King Charles

 Nigerian singer and disc jockey Florence Otedola, better known as Dj Cuppy or simply Cuppy and daughter of billionaire entrepreneur Femi Otedola, has been appointed as King Charles's Trust International Ambassador. Cuppy received the appointment while attending a reception at The Buckingham in celebration of The King's Trust Awards 2024, on the personal invitation of the British monarch.

In an Instagram post, Cuppy's father, Femi Otedola, commended his daughter for representing Nigeria “brilliantly” while congratulating her on her new role. The King's Trust Awards is an annual event held to celebrate young people who have overcome challenges and made positive contributions to the society. The Awards shine a light on the inspirational stories of young people, volunteers and those who support their wider communities.
