RCCG Opens Subsidized "Jesus Market"

 The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Youth Province 9 Headquarters (Palace of Praise) located in Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State has Open a ‘Jesus Market’ where foodstuffs and other items are sold to members of the church, at subsidised rates. Provincial pastor of the church, Pastor Anthony Obinna-Ibe, revealed that the market, designed as part of the church's efforts to cushion the effects of harsh economy on members, would be open for transactions two or three times a year. Pastor Anthony Obinna-Ibe also affirmed that the "Jesus Market" is the Christian Social Responsibility of giving back to the people.

 The initiative of The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) to open a subsidized market named "Jesus Market", extends to branches and provinces of the church in other states across the country. The subsidized rates go as low as a fifty percent slash on some commodities(ranging from edibles to clothing items) being sold at the "Jesus Market".
