 Instead, he believes that there is now a "Big 4" - a new hierarchy of top Nigerian artistes.

In a tweet, Rema asserted that Afrobeats, a genre of music, has surpassed any other sub-genre or category that starts with "Afro". 

He wrote, "No more Big 3, there's now a Big 4. Afrobeat is greater than any other 'Afro' sub-category."
