Controversial media personality, Ifedayo Olarinde also known as Daddy Freeze has made a complete turnaround, expressing sincere regret and acknowledging his lack of authority to facilitate the deportation of Nigerians holding COS visas back to Nigeria.
Previously, Daddy Freeze had issued a stern warning, threatening to petition UK authorities to deport Nigerians en masse if online users continued to criticize him.
His initial declaration sparked widespread condemnation from many Nigerians.

Confidently asserting his influence, Daddy Freeze had declared that Nigerians underestimated his connections. In a video shared on his Instagram account, he had vowed to compel the UK to stop issuing Certificates of Sponsorship (COS) to Nigerians.
He stated, 'The relentless criticism is pushing me to take action. Through my contacts with UK authorities, your fellow citizens will be repatriated, and the issuance of COS visas to Nigerians will be halted.'
Reiterating his resolve, he emphasized, 'You underestimate my standing and connections within the UK. If you knew, you would keep silent.'
Daddy Freeze had cautioned of a potential mass repatriation, envisioning crowded airports, seaports, and even migration through Libya due to financial constraints. He asserted, 'I may not be divine, but I am prepared to advocate for myself. There will be repercussions.'
