Davido Launches Music Faculty in Ugandan University

 Singer and songwriter David Adedeji Adeleke popularly known as Davido, has inaugurated the newly commissioned Faculty of Music and Arts at the International University of East Africa in Kampala, Uganda. The multiple award winning star disclosed this in videos and pictures shared on his Instagram story on Friday 29th March 2024. Davido was also given an award with the inscription, ‘Davido Hall’ for a hall named after him on the university's campus.

In addition to launching the Faculty of Music and Arts at The International University of East Africa in Kampala, Uganda (IUEA), Davido had been visiting Kampala, Uganda's capital city, to host a "Timeless Kampala" concert which held at the Kololo Independence Grounds.
