Audio: Mohbad's Widow Cries Out Over Father-in-law's Refusal to Agree to DNA Testing

 Six months after the tragic death of rising music star, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, professionally known as Mohbad, on 12 September 2023, his young widow, Wunmi, has taken to social media to recount the ordeals she has endured since the death of her husband. While stating that her young son Liam, had been the victim of social media bashing, the young widow implored Nigerians to appeal to her father-in-law, Joseph Aloba, to submit himself for a DNA testing as demanded by the court.

In the now viral recording, Wunmi tearfully declared that her father-in-law had made her fear for her safety in the last couple of months, as he had been aided by bloggers in his bullying actions towards her. Accusing Joseph Aloba of greedily grabbing his late son's property, Mohbad's widow revealed that the old man would seemingly go to any length to get she and her son out of the way just so he could be in control of her late husband's assets. The still grieving widow vehemently asked Nigerians why they are all chanting the slogan "justice for Mohbad", yet watch while Mohbad's son dies slowly.
