Apprentice Commits Suicide Over Theft Accusation

 A 17 year old boy identified as Chibueze Ojibe, has taken his own life after he was accused of stealing the sum of one hundred (100) thousand naira from his boss. According to reports, the teenager who was first declared missing by his relatives after he abruptly left home following the theft accusation, was upon thorough, discovered lifeless at a bus stop named Abijo(in Ibeju Lekki) with a bottle of the insecticide Sniper, by his side. 

Speaking on the tragic incident, Public Relations Officer of The Lagos State Police Command, SP Benjamin Hundenyin, revealed that the now deceased Chibueze Ojibe had been reported missing by his sister Cynthia, at the Elemore Police Station. The Police PRO who confirmed that investigation had commenced as regards details of Chibueze's alleged suicide and theft accusation, stated the bottle of the Sniper insecticide reportedly ingested by the deceased had been recovered as exhibit by the police, while the corpse had been removed and deposited at the Epe General Hospital mortuary for autopsy and preservation.
