American Streamer and YouTuber, Kai Cenat to Establish School for Children in Makoko, Lagos

 American streamer and YouTuber Kai Cenat has announced his intention to construct a school for children living in the floating slums of Makoko, an informal settlement in Lagos, Nigeria.

 This plan was shared during a recent livestream where Cenat recounted his visit to Nigeria earlier this month. 

Accompanied by popular Nigerian comedian Shank Comics, Cenat explored various parts of Lagos, including Makoko, where he visited a local school and pledged support to improve its facilities.

 Grammy-nominated musician Davido also joined in, offering Cenat a comprehensive tour of Lagos. 

Livestreaming his experiences, Cenat stressed the urgent need for education in Makoko and revealed ongoing plans to build a school, emphasizing the importance of collaboration to make it happen. 

“I have set the ball rolling on plans to build a good school in Makoko for the kids living there,” Cenat said.

He called on individuals with relevant connections in construction and equipment procurement to get involved in the initiative.
