French footballer and Juventus midfielder, Paul Labile Pogba, has received a four year ban on playing professional football. The footballer who was initially handed a provisional suspension in September 2023, received the four year doping ban after a random drug test conducted in August found elevated levels of testosterone metabolites in his system. The ban means the currently 30 year old midfielder will be unable to participate in professional football games until 2027. The commencement of his doping was also backdated to August 2023.
