Photos: Palm Wine Tapper Nabbed While Trying To Smuggle Food For Kidnappers In A Farm In Delta

 With the kidnapping rate in the country on the rise in recent times, there have been alleged cases of complicity by some locals.

A palm wine tapper whose name could not be ascertained yet has been caught while trying to smuggle food and other items to kidnappers in a farm Abraka, Delta state.

It was gathered that residents of the Delta community caught the a palmwine tapper enroute to the venue of some kidnappers as he was poised to supply food and other items to kidnappers in a farm.

A group of boys saw the palm wine tapper, challenged and apprehended him, before handling him over to the police authorities.

It is unclear if the man was part of the kidnapping syndicate or just a vendor for them.

The Police are expected to trace the people he's supplying the items to.
