"We're Yet to Receive Mohbad's Autopsy Result"Police Reveals

 Following public displeasure expressed by Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh and singer Bella Shurmda over the delay of the Nigeria Police to release the body of late singer Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba professionally known as Mohbad, after an autopsy was conducted, the Nigeria Police Force has revealed that they are yet to receive the results of the autopsy. The singer's corpse was exhumed a few days after his death in mysterious circumstances on 12th September, 2023 at the age of 27. On 6th October, the state police command announced that an autopsy had been concluded on the singer's corpse while results were awaited.

Speaking to the press, Public Relations Officer of The Lagos State Police Command, Benjamin Hundenyin, stated : "The autopsy report has not been given to us. Some people have been carrying rumours that it’s ready. It’s one thing for it to be ready, it’s another thing for it to be given to us officially – that we would receive and sign a copy that we have received it. So, we don’t work with rumours, we work with facts.”
