Video: Mr Eazi Confirms Marriage to Temi Otedola

Following repeated speculation by the public, Nigerian singer, songwriter, and record executive, Oluwatosin Oluwole Ajibade better known as Mr Eazi, has confirmed reports of his marriage to Temi Otedola, socialite and daughter of billionaire businesman Femi Otedola.  The singer and music executive confirmed his seemingly secret wedding to Temi Otedola while speaking to radio show hosts on Naija FM 102.7. He also expressed gratitude to God for how "marriage has been treating him so far". News of Mr Eazi and Temi Otedola's relationship first went public after the duo announced their engagement on 10th April 2022.

Mr Eazi is the pioneer of Banku music, a fusion of sound he describes as a mixture of Ghanaian highlife and Nigerian chord progressions and patterns.  He gained international attention following the release of the Efya-assisted single "Skin Tight". His second mixtape, titled Life Is Eazi, Vol. 1 – Accra To Lagos, was released in 2017. Mr Eazi's music largely fits into the category of Afrobeats, a contemporary West African pop genre that marries global pop, Dancehall, highlife, and hip-hop. His music has also been described as having an R&B-like quality reminiscent of artists such as Beres Hammond and Gregory Isaacs.
