Snoop Dogg Quits Smoking

 American rapper Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr professionally known as Snoop Dogg, has announced his intention to quit smoking. The 52 year old rapper who put up a post on his official social media handle, revealed that he made this decision after conversation with his family and urge fans and the concerned public to respect his privacy at this time. For many years, Snoop Dogg held a reputation of being a chain smoker and has on several occasions, expressed open appreciation for nicotine.

Snoop Dogg's appreciation for tobacco has extended to numerous business ventures, among them edibles, weed strains and a digital media business devoted to marijuana related news. It was once claimed that the rapper  had someone who rolled him 75-150 joints per day, a claim he would later refute and dismiss. Fans and followers of the rapper have expressed shock and strong scepticism at his rather abrupt decision to give up smoking and have wondered if his announcement to that effect, is some sort of publicity stunt.
