Nigeria's commercial capital, Lagos State has been ranked by Global Traffic Congestion Rankings 2023 by Traffic Index as the city with the worst road traffic in the world.
In the ranking Latvian city, Riga, came second on the list, while Tehran, the capital and largest city of Iran came third.

Mexico City in Mexico is in fourth position with Indian city Mumbai coming fifth.
Krakow in Poland occupied the sixth spot.
