Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe has a video celebrated the graduation of her 22 year old daughter, Michelle Gentry, from a Canadian university. The elated mother who was visibly in tears in the video she posted on her official Instagram account, expressed gratitude to God and pride in her daughter for her achievement. Colleagues, fans and well-wishers of the actress took to her comment section to celebrate her good news.

Mercy Aigbe who is best known for her roles in indigenous Yoruba films, is an actor, director, fashionista and entrepreneur. In 2014, Mercy Aigbe launched her clothing store, Mag Divas Boutique in Lagos. She later opened another outlet in Ibadan, Oyo state. In 2022, Mercy Aigbe entered a highly controversial marriage with Kazim Adeoti, popularly known as Adekaz. In 2023, she converted to Islam and changed her name to Hajiya Meena.
