"Cook-a-thon Chef Dammy" Alleges Threat to Life

 Self-acclaimed Chef, Damilola Adeparausi, better known as Chef Dammy, who gained notoriety during her mock cook-a-thon  supposedly intended to rival Guinness World Records title holder Hilda Baci's marathon cook-a-thon, has put up a post on her official Instagram page, alluding threats to her life and bullying from the Pastor and church that provided sponsorship for her supposed cook-a-thon. Chef Dammy revealed that she was in constant fear of her life as the "acclaimed people of God" had tried countless times to destroy her. In the lengthy but cryptic post, the self-acclaimed Chef also stated that the threats had been going on in the last four months since she attempted her cook-a-thon.

Chef Dammy who is resident in Oye, Ekiti state, gained notoriety after she attempted her own version of a 150 hour cook-a-thon(sponsored by a church) a few days after Hilda Baci a chef who had been vying for the Guinness World Records title of Longest Cooking Time by an Individual. Hilda Baci was eventually awarded the record by GWR while Chef Damilola realised that her attempt to surpass Hilda's record was impossible as she failed to contact the Guinness World Records before embarking on her "Cook-a-thon". Chef Dammy also gained notoriety amongst Nigerians for appearance of her meals as many referred to them as "unappealing and unappetizing".
