In a short video clip making the rounds on social media, APC presidential aspirant Bola Ahmed Tinubu, while speaking to a group of party members and stakeholders forgot the name of the party. He called them members of the Action Party and was quickly hushed by members around him. He immediately tried to correct the mistake.
This slip of the tongue by the presidential aspirant has raised serious concern amongst Nigerians. It's totally strange for an aspirant to forget the name of his own party. Many have wondered if this means rumours of Bola Ahmed Tinubu suffering symptoms of memoryloss associated with old age have some truth in them. It will also be recalled that a while ago pictures of Tinubu with wet outfits allegedly as a result of wetting himself were all over the internet. Concerned citizens have expressed dismay at the thought of the APC desperately trying to foist an old man reportedly suffering Alzheimer's disease on the nation in the forthcoming 2023 elections.
