Solomon Buchi had in a love note to his fiancee, Arike said she's not the most beautiful or the most handsome woman in the world, but he still choose her.

His post was condemned by many people who felt that was condescending.

Arike has now responded on her Facebook page.

She wrote:

"Wow, the past few days have been intense and interesting.

"So, if I was to say Solomon Buchi is not the most handsome or the most intelligent, would that make us even...👀? 

"I'm still taking some time to process everything that's happened but I'll give my take on @progressgangpod (on Instagram) next episode on Friday.
