Nigerians Mock Pastor Adeboye Over Six-year-old Unanswered Prayer About Naira And Dollar

 


Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the general overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) has come under intense criticism following the recent free-fall of naira in the forex market.

Nigerians who were lamenting over Nigeria's free-falling economy under president Muhammadu Buhari's administration, dug up a prayer about Naira rise pastor Adeboye made on his verified Twitter handle six years ago.

The highly regarded pastor on the 2nd of February, 2016, less than one year of president Muhammadu Buhari's administration, through his Twitter handle, declared that whether the International Monetary Fund (IMF) likes it or not that the Nigeria Naira must rise again.

Sadly, since the outset of Muhammadu Buhari's administration whose vice is a pastor in Enoch Adeboye's Redeemed Christian Church of God, the Nigeria economy has been on free fall as well as the Nigeria's Naira performing abysmally in the international market.

Hence, Nigerians on Twitter while reacting to Adeboye's old tweet cum prayer of Naira rise, questioned whether six years is not enough for the prayer to be answered by God.
