14-Years Or Life Imprisonment If During Intercourse, Your Partner Says It’s Enough And You Continue: Police PRO Gives Shocking Update

The spokesperson of the Delta state police command, DSP Bright Edafe has declared that having sexual intercourse with a person despite them withdrawing their consent even in the middle of the act can be termed rape.

Edafe while giving the reminder on his Twitter handle said the action attracts a 14-year jail term, and even life imprisonment.
